How much is a dental check up?
A standard check-up and clean costs $270. If an x-ray is required an additional $200 fee will apply. We’re all about full disclosure here!
How long does a dental check up take?
We recommend allowing 60 minutes for your dental check up and clean—whether it’s your first appointment or your umpteenth time in the chair. This means we can take our time to thoroughly check your teeth and gums and understand any concerns you might have. And no one likes to feel rushed, right?
What does a dental check up and clean include?
A standard dental check-up includes a comprehensive oral exam, a gentle teeth clean & polish, and a fluoride treatment. X-rays are only taken if required. And, thanks to EMS Airflow, our check-up feels more like a spa experience than a dental treatment!
How often should you have a dental check up?
We’re so glad you asked! To keep your teeth in the best shape, we suggest you book in for a check-up and clean every six months. This will help us to spot any oral health problems before they become bigger (and potentially more costly). But don’t take our word for it – read what the Australian Dental Association says here.
What health funds do you accept?
We’ll happily accept all major health funds and have HICAPS, so you can claim your appointment fee on the spot. Simply, bring your health fund card along with you on the day.
